The first conversation costs nothing and we will not push you to sign. Just bring whatever is worrying you most — even if you end up handling it yourself, at least you will not be heading in the wrong direction.
The more specific you are, the more useful the first reply will be. If you already have a notice from your provider or the Department, include the date it was issued and the deadline.
Around 30–45 minutes. The consultant will go through your background and goals, give a view on feasibility, and suggest one or two directions. There is no selling on the call and no expectation of deciding that day. Where a service needs a quote, it follows in writing afterwards.
Please book ahead through the form or by email so the right service lead is available.

Yes, including the initial assessment for urgent matters. Our view is that if we cannot even tell you whether your situation is workable, we should not be charging for it. If it is something you can handle yourself, we will tell you how — a proportion of enquiries end that way every year, and we think that is entirely normal.
A consultant will contact you within one business day of the form being submitted, with anything marked "very urgent" prioritised. If the notice you are holding has only days left, also send an email to urgent@au-educate.com with the deadline in the subject line — that inbox is monitored separately and does not sit behind general enquiries.
No. What you submit is used only to handle this enquiry. It is not provided to any third party and not used for marketing. If you would like us to delete what you have sent, email us and we will do so once we have verified your identity.
Yes — entirely in Mandarin if you prefer, and Cantonese can be arranged. Formal documents going to providers or the Department are prepared in English, and we walk you through the contents point by point, because every document you sign should be one you have understood.
Certainly. Where the matter involves specific visa or enrolment steps, though, the student will usually need to be involved later — many of the details are only known to them, and provider and Department processes generally require their own signature. Starting the conversation as a parent is not a problem at all.
